Casa del Mago, the house of the magician,is a beautiful secluded villa and finca in agricultural land close to the Montgo national park in Alicante. It had 3 double bedrooms, a plunge pool and is lovingly decorated to reflect the Moorish heritage of the area. It offers log fires in the winter and sun filled terraces and is visited by many and varied species of wild life.

Relationship Retreat: Casa del Mago is a beautiful place that can weave its magic into your relationship. We offer long weekend (4 nights) or week long (7 nights) breaks for couples who wish to receive relationship coaching and explore ways of bringing greater intimacy into their lives together. The retreat is available exclusively for individual couples or for a maximum of 3 couples working together at a time. See below for more information. Visit to our fabulous, safe and secluded retreat in Spain for a week where you get to unwind, chill out and explore aspects of your relationship together in a lovely rural setting. For information and prices on long weekends please contact us. When you book the week, you can choose from 3 options on how you would like to spend it:
- Individual Booking: you have the place entirely to yourselves. Howard and Jude do not accompany you. (The house sleeps 6). This costs £695 per week (7 nights) and is for self catering accommodation only. We can provide you with distance relationship coaching and exercises and activities to carry out whilst you are there, at an extra cost.
- Guided Relationship Coaching: We are there with you and we work with you to provide a programme that includes 5 mornings of individual and couple coaching sessions, activities that develop the loving intimacy between you and plenty of free time to do what you like. In the afternoons and on the free days there are many additional activities that you can enjoy such as horse riding, water sports and activities, golf at a superb world class golf course, bike hire, amazing mountain walks and sightseeing all very nearby. We can meet you at the airport or you can hire a car inexpensively there and will provide breakfasts every day and include 5 healthy lunches. The rest of the time you are free to cater for yourselves or eat out at the many and varied local restaurants. The intention is for you to have a great holiday add some sizzle to or do some necessary maintenance work on your relationship so that you leave Casa del Mago feeling healthy, relaxed and totally loved up!! The cost of this for a week is £1,695 for a couple (excluding flights, car hire or an additional activities)
- Relationship Workshop for 3 couples: here the same applies as option 2 except that you are joined by another 2 couples. This means that we will all work together on a variety of workshop activities. The accent here is more on sharing experiences and learning from each other. It also means that the cost per couple is cheaper. 3 couples will work out at £750 per couple for the price for 2 couples please contact us.
Booking is on the basis of ‘first come, first served’ so the first couple to book the date decides how the week goes. Prices below are per couple and you book flights to and from either Alicante or Valencia which are both just one hour’s journey away. Murcia airport is also under 2 hours drive away.
